Appointments are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. Please arrive 10 minutes early; late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.
Menu prices are starting prices and can vary with hair length, density and products used. Your stylist confirms the final price before any service begins.
Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless stated, and the first-visit offer is valid once per new client.
All tools are sanitised between clients, towels are freshly laundered, and single-use items such as wax strips and spatulas are never reused.
Patch tests are recommended before colour and chemical treatments. Please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions or pregnancy before your service.
Services are non-refundable once performed. If you are not happy with a result, let us know within 48 hours and we will offer a complimentary correction where possible.
Advance payments for bridal or package bookings can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice.
Details you share through our booking or franchise forms (name, phone, email) are used only to respond to your request and manage your appointments.
